ive only played and and decs a half dozen times at the pub.. i took the big gamble the first 3 times i got a mystery and it went to lose. so i never took it again.

was in the pub last week with a friend, first board i got to mystery and gambled and lost as usual. my friend insisted i took the big gamble. next board he reached over and hit big gamble... and as im complaining to him it stops on jackpot.

funny eh.

I only play fruit machines in the pubs and very occasionally in an arcade. I usually only put a few quid in and collect what i can, even if its only a pound profit. 2 or 3 pound will usually get you a board giving a 3 pound win.

So after going round the 3 or 4 machines and returning to my table with my friends, i usually find myself a fiver up 75% of the time. And ill admin, i watch other people out of the corner of my eye, seeing how many times their arm goes up to put a pound in and listening to how many pound coins hit the bottom of the tray. Most of the time they lose, and if the do ill stroll up there a while later and have another go, repeating the same method. If they have had a big loss and quit playing i will usually walk away up £5+

So by this time it comes around to being my round to buy the drink i usually have made enough profit by then to buy my drinks and have mor than what i went into the pub with. Repeat this process for every rond and around 3/4 visits to the pub are virtually free.

Does this make me a Shark or a Hover person? Does it make me a bad person? I don't think so, i think it makes me a clever person.

Yeah im on a fairly old computer running on ME and i usually need to reboot before a Rom will load.
