	(22 July 2010 - 12:27 PM) with red hot x you check the box named refill at the top of the screen, then press start two or three times, you should notice that two of the hold buttons are flashing,press the buttons to increase/decrease the volume - when you've finished untick the checkbox and it should stay at that volume next time you start it.
