NEVER give you bank details unless you *know* who is calling.

That means either you called them or 1471 shows a known number.

Ask to call back in 2 mins then do 1471, I can guarantee the
number will be withheld.

If any unsolicitored caller asks for an personal details find out who they
are, if they are a "reputable company" then cancel any business you have
with them and tell them you will never deal with them again.

I think HEIST is like pick a win, spins in a bigish (hopefully) win.

If you think you can force it, best have around £100+ in coins with you
and a strong stomach (or sickbag).

I once put £80 in to get about £60 back - horrible machine (like all the rest)

I would suggest printing out a hundred or so copys of your post about
the rigged machine and distributing them to people in the arcade
and people about to enter the arcade.

This should scare the life out of the management.

They may offer you your money back then.

If I was you I would want more than my money back.

I would want £100 on top because of the trouble and distress caused to you.

Keep it truthfull though.

They can kick you out of the arcade but they cannot stop you leafleting
people approaching the arcade.

Go at peak hours and you could cause the arcade to lose £1,000's of
pounds.

Personally I woud not ask for any money whatsoever, seeing them
going out of business would be *far* more satisfying.

What they did is a criminal offence (fraud), they knew the machine was
faulty and they profited from it
