Yes, you are 3 times more likely to get on the board spending 30p stake than 10p stake, however once you are on the board the chances of winning are the same
I would honestly say big cheese is the worst machine i have ever played. I always have a couple of quid to play with, but i always feel well chuffed at taken a £3 win on the damn thing.
Very common for 20p/£5 in kebab shops and funfairs. Worst thing is when you get jackpot repeat on one of these.......and it pays out £8 in 10p tokens!!.....and the machine you are playing is the only one that accepts the tokens, lol
The classic mistake i make is that i win a jp (say 25), then i continue playing it until i get back on the board in case it pays again (never does). I usually die, and then decide to get back on the board and try and collect 3 quid and run, its at this point i realsie i'm down to a fiver from that 25, and think to myself "i may as well carry on as i've just put in 20!"
