I would take it back and let them have a go at fixing it, its a pain not to have it for 2 or so weeks if that long, but give them a chance to fix it. With all the faults that seem to be wrong with it I would say if you do get it back you will be lucky if it works right, then take it back and demand a refund.
Try emailing Acer direct to see what they say, you should get a reply in a day or two. Let them know all the problems with it they should tell you what to do next. Ive only used Acer returns once and they seemed ok, that was for a TV which they collected and returned with in 7 working days.

How can they tell you how much P&P should be, your selling your item using there site which you pay for. The P&P cost has nothing to do with them, they get there money from your item selling AND listing of the item. A DVD costs about 60p to post 2nd class plus the price of a jiffy bag, so how can it be free.
All so that they can make more money got nothing to do with sellers ripping people off. I look at P&P and then add that to the total amount Im willing to pay any way. If its a stupid amount P&P I don't bid.
Im not saying they shouldn't make money but they always take it to far. Just pure greed.
normal sellers suffer again only people to gain from this are Ebay

I wont be selling on ebay anymore after 27th of Jan.
