Mangolio had posted the original answer to my question, so thanks to him.

Ben,
I totally agree with you.
Fot those of you who don't know where I live (quite a lot of you I imagine!), I live about 35-40 mins away from Rhyl, which, if you have been there, will know its a tacky seaside town full of arcades on the sea front.
I agree that children shouldn't play bandits. Most of us on here will have had some sort of mild or indeed strong addiction to them - and although most of us on here also enjoy the other aspect to them (How they play, emulation, sound fx, artwork - or whatever it is you specifically like about them) it's a bad thing for kids to get into. They are addictive if you have access to them, and I don't see that they should be able to play them because they have a £5 JP. It's no different to £15 or £25 or £500 etc. etc. you still gamble on them and you are playing to win money.
My sister has just had a baby boy, and when he get's a little older, Rhyl... or any gambling arcades (I don't say the bowling alley arcades etc. etc.) would be the LAST place I would take him. It's different someone like me going, a 23 year old male who can look after himself and indeed keep a tab on how much I was spending - but a child or young teen???
An arcade full of gambling machines is no place for them...... It should all be 18+ no matter how big or small the Jackpot.

In Topic: Card Shark 10p/£5

Card Shark turns red and it is only available by getting the three starfish. This (personal experience so dont take this as gospel) is easiest to get by having 1 lit and then keeping the add again bonus until you land on it again.
Went into freeplay mode and lit the 3 starfish - the logo flashes white and red and the same time, then stays red but doesn't flash.... Just incase anyone is interested!
It's a great machine, and was well worth the £52 - The beauty of it was, I dropped the Vamp it up off, put the new postcode in my sat nav (where card shark was) and the house was about 3 miles away... Needless to say, he was not very happy with the price it went for!!!
