In Topic: Knowledge Base - BFMulator getting rid of the ram error tip.

02 November 2005 - 09:05 PM

That is only half the story - you need to tell BFMulator about your RAM directory as per the tutorial http://www.fruit-emu...iewarticle&id=3

Of course if you install FMEIW then it sets all of this up for you :)

Well I never did install the FMEIW.

I just download the BFMulator 2.02 and the 2.05 beta only. I using the 2.05 beta. I didn't know that I need the folders made because there no readme or anything about making the folders that came with those. There wasn't even the folders that I needed. When I go to the option and saw that there a ram and layout folders dir there. I just made a ram folder since it looking for one. I didn't care much about the layout folder since it really didn't need one anyway. :)

In Topic: MFME running slow

I have Intel 4 3.20ghz HT with 1gb memories. Soyo Dragon 2 motherboard. HT is on and overclock is off.

Those run fine here. :D

I think it the running too many things in the background and overclocking is your problem. Never overclocking your chips!!! Never run too many things in the background!!!

Btw: Got Norton? That one of the things that can slow your computer down. It a hog!!! :D

In Topic: empiregames roms

I didn't ask for roms on this website.

I only ask where else to look at.

Why is any of the new games or old games still up when the roms can't be download from Empire???

Maybe I started this crazy mess here on this post.

I'm sorry.:(

I don't think that you need to removed those games when Empire roms are gone. Keep those on this website. Maybe someday the Empire roms will be showing up again.

In Topic: Is there any of the clrmamepro dats to put together the MFME and MFME roms?

22 June 2005 - 05:21 AM

I went here and look for the FME roms builder dat, JPeMu roms builder dat or MFME roms builder dat. I don't see any of those there. http://www.clrmame.com/datfiles.htm

All I need is 1 JPeMu dats and 1 MFME dats for putting the roms into the right places or removed the old ones and replace those with the good ones. Both can't on the same dat. Because I get confused on where those go into. Unless those uses the same roms?
