We have had this machine in the pub where I work part time, and although it can be quite ruthless on the high/low gamble (lower than a Queen, get a King: higher than a 3, get a 2) even killing you on the feature before you even have anything to collect, it does pay out quite regular. One thing I have noticed, however, is that in the 7 or 8 months we've had it, it has never payed the jackpot as a win (3 Impluses). The majority of the money won has been either through the hidden features (quite regular with reel blasts - on average £12 to £18 each time) or through the Economy Class or Business Class features (£15 to £25 a time, although I have had £50 out of Business Class). This begs the question of why bother having a £25 win if it's never given? Perhaps it's the way it's played. None of the punters are what you would call 'professional' players (you know. the irritating b***ards who think it's their god-given right to win), just people who want to be entertained for half an hour, and if they win - bonus!. Also is there an IM on this machine, because I haven't seen one of them either (unless it's well disguised).
Fortune Numbers

At last my all-time favourite fruity has been DX'ed. I remember playing this one the night before the £3 jackpot became legal. It was in a local cafe in Plymouth I used to frequent. We'd shut the cafe and switched the machine over ready for the next day. Couldn't resist having a go.
All that's needed now to make my life complete (LOL) is a DX of my second favourite machine - Robin Hood by Ace. Hmmm perhaps if I keep mentioning it in every post I make, it might eventually happen. I wish I had the skills and talents of the layout designers to give it a go myself.

Screen Resolution for Downloads.

Is there any possibility of searching for downloads by resolution? Whilst it is not a problem on my home machine (which is all singing and dancing). My PC at work will not support 1280 layouts. I sometimes find it frustrating downloading a layout, just to find it is 1280, and therefore does not run properly. This may help others also - just a thought.

Just a minor enquiry, but could you please tell me why the little 'LED's' and user status (eg FME newbie)do not appear on my posts above the avatar. Virtually every other poster has these. I know it's not a matter of life and death, but I just like to know these things. Thanks
Alphabet by Barcrest

I notice on MPU Mecca they have a photograph of an Alphabet machine by Barcrest. Does anyone know if these are machines they actually own? There is already a PDX layout fore this machine on the website and it would be really great if we could get a DX version as well, as this is one of the classic Barcrest machines (in my humble opinion).
