you would have to place your bpak files on a usb stick and upload them to your fruit machine. then once they are there you load them up and run them. the hardware senses the relevant pik chip is not installed and runs it as a demo game only.
its also possible to change the category from b3 to cat d or c if you want.

short version - no. i had a copy of a corals betting terminal, as well as the stand alone payout system, and i send the code off (via another member here) to a programmer to take a look. when the program ran, it appeared to search for a file that quite possible been only obtainable via satellite. so the program just sat there in limbo and wouldn't run.
as for rio versions of rainbow riches/cashino 500, rumour has it that someone got it working. either it was just a rio working with a pc screen attached, or some bright spark did indeed get it to work. since that thread hasn't surfaced for years, i put it down to fake, but if someone can pleasantly surprise me with a copy, please do. (since the bpaks are hard coded to work with mpu5 or mpu6`s strapped to them, i highly doubt it.
