In Topic: Quiz channels on digital tv

I was watching one of these channels the other night, and it was about famous sayings ... it was all anagrams, but the one that was on was really, really easy.... can't remember what it was now... but something along the lines of 'Home Is Where The Heart Is'.
Anyway, I didn't phone in, cos I thought no... it can't be that easy... and I actually watched for HALF AN HOUR before a caller finally got through to the studio and got it right.
All the time the presenter is going 'come on callers, we need to get someone through to the studio... ' and no one got through for 30 minutes!?
Definately a scam... its alright if you called once and got through straight away, won a couple of hundred quid, and then never bothered again!

:p I got my dog from a rescue centre too.
She's still gets frightened very easily... by any loud noises or anything, she'll run upstairs and hide in my bedroom.
If me and the mrs are arguing or anything, she'll just sit on the floor and shake with fright (the dog, not the mrs :p )
But she's a lovely animal.. .she was a bit aggressive over her food when we first got her, and you couldn't go near her while she was eating cos she'd get angry and growl at you like she was gonna bite.
Takes a little while to build up that trust from the dog after its been mistreated by other people, but once it trusts you, its all worth it.

I've seen people put a fortune in those trying to win a bear for a spoilt kid who can't take no for an answer...
Could have bought 10 bears for what they put in those machines!

In Topic: person selling fruit machine emulator and roms on ebay

You could get around that though by saying DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION, INFORMATION ONLY.
And then put a nice piccy of a fruit machine in your advertisement, and say 'if you do bid, the winning bidder will be buying this picture of a fruit machine to be delivered to their email address.'
Then, technically, you're selling something..
