So basically i am wondering if there is any software out there to make your laptop look like a jukebox. I have googled and downloaded a few pieces of software but they are mostly itunes or wmp with different skins. I want it to look like they do in the pub so that you can do searches for music or browsse through by genre etc. It has got to the point where i have so much music when i have house parties its hard for people to select songs.

It has been a while since I have been on frui-emu not really that bothered about fruit machines anymore (the only ones you seem to get is DOND types now) … Wouldn’t say I like the classics but be interesting to know what everyone’s favorite machine was or is and why.

Mines was Mario Kart 64…I don’t think I ever got a jackpot from this machine but I loved the gameplay and back then it wasn’t really all about chasing the jackpot every board like it is now. Would be happy winning a few quid and moving onto another machine and winning a few off that, We used to do that when we were younger as we went to Berwick every second weekend when our team was playing away from home. Plenty of machines to pick from and could easily turn a couple of quid into 20 (which was a lot when you were younger) by just collecting a couple from each machine.

Anyone ever use the Quicksilver in Edinburgh? I know Quicksilver get quite alot of jip on here but this one really is not too bad. I have had my complaints over the years about this branch but the new manager is brilliant she is always doing new promotions and always helps in the best way she can when a machine malfunctions (normally refund in tokens but is better than someone pointing to a sticker on the machine about it voiding)

Was playing a machine yesterday (think it was called xrated)it was on £25 jackpot and i managed to get the top feature which went for only £25 and then i got another board for £10 anyway i had £35 in the bank and then on my last spin as i pressed the button the machine lifted a litte and then back down setting the alarm off after the machine reset my £35 had gone :S anyway i have complained and have been told to go back tommorow to speak to the manager.

I know for a fact that they are going to try and fob me off (they already tried to say it was in demo mode which i know it was not) has anyone got any info on what i should say to the manager as i put £15 in to get the £35.

Was playing a DOND last night (not sure of the name its the one when you are playing on 1 pound a spin if it holds 4 tims you get a random win) and after 20 pound the random win feature gave me the bell (£70) but i stupidly pressed exchange instead of collect i thought it wouldnt be a big deal ... 2 spins and i was dead. It took another £100 pound to give me a GATW which i thought would have to go for a bit and only gave me £70 and then next board was dead. i guess i could just be happy that i am not down anymore.
