if its the cd wot recoveres ya hard drive if ya have lost it or need 1 etc you have to pay 40 pound for a new one because i have a one for my toshiba laptop and i thought i had lost it and rang up to ask for a new one and they said it will cost 40 pound

sorry for going offline i had to go out but i will try to do what you told me i have just come on to this site and i don't know what to do so i asked for a bit of help
