How do I save a sound sample?

I recently came across a sound sample in a fruit emu and I want to save it as a sound file,does anyone know how I would go about it?

Any help would be most appreciated

Can Joker Poker be emulated and if so is anyone thinking of doing it,I would like one of these machines but they cost a bomb!

Layout opens but files missing

I have tried to use MFME but even though I download and extract a machines layout and roms when I open the layout it says that sound,roms etc are missing.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
