Im using the MFME 2.0 emulator and all of a sudden it's sped everything up, its going too quick to do anything really anyone know how to fix it?

Why is it so God Damn Addictive! I will happily plough all my money into it just to play it, And i dont know why it's like im playing on a playstation or something. Keeps me entertained for hours. Whats everyone else's views on it?
