Thanks cyberface but the problem is the only flat key i have is for the lower internal cash box and i dont think this fits the upper opening lock, ive got a feeling that this key is in the upper compartment due to movement in transit. Do you think that bfm would supply another lock/key or is there another way to access the upper compartment to get the key back.
