nope no jammed coins, the coin sensor was physically stuck, freed it off and it's been working fine since. Only expanation I can think is some dirt got into the wrong place and jammed the sensor.
Thanks for your help, I won't get a chance to get back to the machine today but will try to take another look at it tomorrow. I have removed the cover on the hopper drive pcb, to check everything was connected correctly to it, but didn't remove this board from the machine. I take it the hopper fuse is on this board?
