it was a football based machine, think same type as twilight zone, where it had the reel bands on the right hand side for bonus features, but had a top board you went round if i remember right you had to score a goal for jackpot. also is it emullated? thanx
continuing from my previouse thread, i have had a proper look at the circuit board and have noticed there is a small type of circuit board that plugs in to the main board, it is labelled memex2 and bacta port, it has 2 long chips at either end and 1 square in the middle, 1 of the long chips has 2v14 written on it, i can see that the back of it has burnt out also you can smell it, would this cause the problem with my machine? are they the program chips, and how do i fix it, do i need a new board or will i need the chips as well?
i have got a electrocoin, super red bar, but when i power it up, all that happens is the reels just sort off move slightly, and the bulbs at the top of the glass flicker on and off, also the meters at the bottom click round loads of times, ive checked everything is pluged in correctly and all seems fine, it looks to me like there isnt enough power going to it, does that mean my power unit is knackered? or can any1 help please? thanx!
i have just purchased 13 variouse fruit machines off ebay, the problem is most off them still have 1 lock on them, but didnt come with keys. can i get new keys from somewhere, or is there a certain way to get the locks off with out causing damage?
i have maygays great escape, when i started it up a alarm went off and said reel1 error, it turned out to be the plug had burnt out on the m1 board, ive cleaned it up but now the machine starts up but the reel doesnt spin properly it keeps slipping or doesnt spin at all. ive cleaned the opto but it doesnt make a difference do i need a new reel if so where can i get 1 my reel is a 12rm nmb starpoint reel. ive looked at a few websites but they just sell standard or double reels will any of these work or can i buy 1 off anybody here please.
