the only way to solve it is to change the meter that u think is faulty, if the alarm still accurs then its the main board which will be at fault. u cannot disconect the plug from the main board as it needs to reconise the meters or it will just alarm all the time

if there is a meter not in use on the machine like token in/out then use one of them to replace the cash meter

O/k lets say I have no faulty meters and it is the Main board, are we talking the very large mpu3 board or the small seperate board that the meters connect to?

erm...change the meter which looks like the numbers are between or do a meter test and see which meter doesn't move. Also, check the wiring to the meters, all should have 2 wires connected to them, check that they are making a good contact.
Sometimes doing a meter test can sort the problem out for a while temporarily but normally only indicates which meter is faulty, swap the faulty meter with a token one if possible.

Hi
Can't do any tests as the alarm goes off as soon as power on. Disconected meter panel wiring plug (purple) and still the same alarm. Can't help wondering if the meter circuits can be bypased, so as to do away with them. Oh meters don't move even on power up.
