My compact hopper does not pay out the cash in it. Is says "iou £***"
It won't even payout the entire float when i dump it, it took me four dumps last night to get the float out.
Is there anything i should do to fix this.
Sometimes it will payout only a few coins, sometimes it is fine with £30.

Ok to the issue.
I have recently fitted a note acceptor (NV4) to a Red Gaming Rocket Money (Genesis). The note acceptor makes a noise when the machine starts, the float level has gone up to £250, the light on the note acceptor does not come on and there is no indication the machine recognizes there is a NV4 fitted.
I have tried switches on the main board 1,2,3,5 & 8, but none of these make any difference.
So my question is, am I doing something wrong or is there something else I can try?????

Also I am still looking for a Bezel, Mount Box and Front cover for a Genesis Acceptor Kit, so any help with this would be great too.
Ok, i was about to put a note acceptor into my genesis cabinet red gaming rocket money when I had look inside at the main board to find I have not got a place to put the note acceptor into. Am I right or just as stupid as can be?
I have added a pic so you can see what I mean.
I have only added note acceptors to mpu4s previously and that was a piece of cake. I am lost on this one though, any help or advise would be much appreciated.
I am assuming there would/should be a port next to the coin mech port for the note acceptor in the spare rs232
