slowing down emulations

hey all......just a quickie (ohh er).....how do i slow down the programmes eg. adders and ladders
they seem to run quite fast compared to the real life machines (from what i can remember..)....
btw i'm not knockin you guys....keep up the good work

i have the above mentioned machine at home but the girlfriend says it takes up too much room!!!!!!
anybody know what it is worth or would anybody want it on this forum?
is it worth putting it on ebay?

hi all .....newbie here!!!!!!....i have managed to figure out most of the emulators but some of the ems i have downloaded are to big for the screen (eachway nudger mkIII for example)....is there a way to make them fit the screen better (or am i being a nugget!!!!!!!)
