i wish you all the best ben, i know i have tried many times and used the games on here and reels to get the thrill. I know it sounds a bit silly but maybe helping your dad and watching his game is helping as you are still getting a bit of excitement but not getting wrapped up in the 'having to win' situation. Again it sounds tripe but take one day at a time, don't try to jump ahead ( a do this ALOT) and you will find that suddenly you will look back and it's been 6 months, 12 months, 2 years but i congrats for how your doing today.
