Hi,

I purchased a real fruit machine about 6 months ago after using the emulated version for years. All was well for the first few months; however, recently when it initialises I can't get past the hopper setup routine. I get a warning error ' hopper not set to des, or hopper not connected, only des allowed' I have tried a different hopper and tried to pair it by inverting it etc. but this hasn't worked. I understand that the des is a form of encryption. I can use a multri-meter but have no knowledge of the way they are setup. The board is scorpion 5, I have power to the hopper and all the diodes check out with the correct voltage.

I can send some pictures or provide some more information if required. It is a great machine and would be reluctant to sell due to the fault.

Hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction or provide me with a direction to narrow down the fault.
