reset ya computer or lappy and try again failing that try setting the speakers for desktop not surround sound

while yu at it with the hoover do all ya ports as well as in external ports front and back (usb ) making sure its turned off before yu do .lol

agree with todd on this heres a link for vlc player http://www.filehippo.com/download_vlc_32/ plays all just to add to this save in flv format if yu can flash video its why youtube uses that format
