(05 August 2013 - 09:03 PM)No results found for 'phippsy'.
(05 August 2013 - 08:56 PM)not sure there still members

(05 August 2013 - 08:54 PM)and wouldnt know how to contact the relevent people
(05 August 2013 - 08:53 PM)no but i wouldnt have the funds to do that at the moment
(05 August 2013 - 08:47 PM)@barcrest junky @Tommy c oh boy im not saying you dont buy and share your missing what im getting at, has anyone offered to buy said ROMs from the "inner circle"?
(05 August 2013 - 08:18 PM)laters
(05 August 2013 - 08:16 PM)TBH theres no point members have made it clear that its not needed
(05 August 2013 - 08:14 PM)there was a video on you tube of it running and other BWB video
(05 August 2013 - 08:14 PM)it can just not publicly
(05 August 2013 - 08:13 PM)i would be happy to start a "fund" if needed with a donation
(05 August 2013 - 08:12 PM)Thats only good if its known about many machines probably get scrapped every year without even appearing on any site, it can be more localised
(05 August 2013 - 08:10 PM)@richy1976 exactly my point "IF" a machine / ROM set came up on ebay gumtree etc wouldnt it be good if there was a pot to purchase it on behalf of say fruit-emu ? then every one can enjoy
(05 August 2013 - 08:05 PM)it wasnt my intention to cause offence or trouble it was just some observations i had made over people saying it was wrong for some members to withold ROMs even if they had been out of pocket aquiring them, so i will shut up lol
(05 August 2013 - 08:00 PM)@ricardo de ponsa i have not been a member here before but im close friends with a couple that have been
(05 August 2013 - 05:58 PM)@barcrest junky there only focused on money as you and others seem to moan about ROMs not being released from collectors sources, so if you want them why not pay for them yourself or stop moaning about it.
(05 August 2013 - 05:54 PM)@richy1976 i dont have any that are not out there already
(05 August 2013 - 05:49 PM)@ricardo de ponsa i might have only just joinded the site but i know the history thanks
(04 August 2013 - 11:36 PM)I just feel that we could be losing out on rare ROM sets all because someone cant afford or just wont pay for them if the opportunity arises, thats all. sorry if i have offended anyone.
(04 August 2013 - 11:34 PM)for example if i knew of a rom set that we didnt have but knew where i could get it for say £25 why should I pay for it and then be expected to give it free? If this is truely about preserving the machines then there should be some sort of funding in place for such events, rather than expecting individuals to cough up. Theres no "i" in team except when it comes to paying for ROMs?
(04 August 2013 - 11:29 PM)@barcrest junky I never said it was right just i can see both sides, if a collector has sourced ROMs etc at cost to themselves i can see why they wouldnt want to give them free with the attitude of the minority few in the past
(04 August 2013 - 03:16 PM)@Tommy c you say tight bastards? but isnt it just as tight for us not to offer a few £'s to get the ROMs? etc if we all chipped in even just a £1 that would raise a pot that we could get these sort of things into public ? Private collectors are always going to have stuff and want paying for and i dont see a big problem with that. or am i missing something?
