Also the new display is a samsung 16LF01UA4, the previous one is a 16LF01UA3. They look almost identical but there is a couple more chips on the back. connection and mounting is identical.....
Fitted the new display, its quite a bit dimmer than the previous one and i can see more light in the top left corner than the other one. ill leave it on for a few hours and see if it cuts out.
