help! rocket money reel fault.

Hey guys, first off I hope I am posting this in the right section.

I have a red gaming rocket money machine (mpu5) and it's just stopped working with a fault in reel 3. (Alarm code 23). I've cleaned the sensor and swapped the reel connections around (the fault followed the reel, I swapped it to reel 2 and this caused a reel 2 fault)

Would anyone have any advice on what actions I should take next?

Im new to this game and have just got a machine running wiyh a mpu5. Was wondering how hard or expensive it is to fit a note acceptor. Does anyone have any advice?
