ok cheers ill try that later. what about the dns settings do they need to be the same on the host as the ps2.

Edit: ill probably be on chat later so if anyone here can help i could do with some one on one help with this as its eluding me how its not working.


How is your PC set up to connect to the net? ie what is your network like. Modem with router? PC set up as Internet server etc.

This info may give a better idea where your DNS is etc.

I solved this problem by using the latest JPM emulator 2.41.

Sorry for being a dumbass.

I opened Hotshot and got this message

EReadErrorError reading TJPMReel->Orientation: Property does not exist

I tried looking for some tech docs on the emulators and the machine itself but they ain't that easy to find on this web site.

I'm guessing that all the reel information is in the download but either a setting in the emu or the jpm file is either missing or not correct.

Where can I get more info on designing with the emulators and understanding the ROMS, setup etc.
