hi all wondering if some kind person could give me some pointers,i am asking for my brother whod doesnt have a clue about much lol.here is the problem,thought it would be easier showing with a video 
i have already cleaned the black thing on it,think its called the opto but still no joy and cant swap it around with another one form the other reels as they have different plugs ,,,,thanks
