Check USB cable from game card to pc not come out while there take card out reseat
it while machine off swith on see sorts out my rainbow richers did this
On mpu itself there is green test button which need to press with top door open once have door open on display then press green test button get into test menu if coins going to wrong place show the hopper layout see where hopper is as show you right route plug if still need one
