Battery leaked, damaged Scorpion 5 board, seen it on a couple recently, bottom right corner
Been some working ones on eBay for £40

Machine should run without any sound ROM in at all, so remove it from the board that doesn't boot, and try again,
Just going to have a look to see if I have the sound ROM
