Thanks guys for taking the time to reply to my cry for help. i will look out for a processor board and a mother board and have a go at some serious fruit machine repairing. All the best to you all.
I am now at a loss, this has been cleaned with vinegar, left to dry, fuse replaced that needed it and still will not power up. Any suggestions please. Do I need a new board and if so where can I get one from.

To update everyone, the board was cleaned as suggested and dried over the weekend. When put back in and switched on a few lights came on on the machine but it is still not working, however noticed that one of the fuses has now blown so I need to replace that once I get out to the local shops. I will try again hopefully later today.
I will try the vinegar trick and then see how it goes, i will report back after the weekend when the board has had time to dry and I can put it back in the machine.
One question though, Is it a particular board for Monopoly 60th Edition or are all these boards the same for JPM's and the monopoly program is elsewhere in the machine
