(04 October 2010 - 10:22 PM)goto the windows "start" symbol (bottom left of screen)-control panel-system&maintenance goto administrative tools, "free up disk space" then clikc "files for all users"-click continue-select c: (or whatever your main drive is) usually defaults to main though. then let it scan, then follow on screen instructions.

(04 October 2010 - 10:08 PM)@ toddyuk, you didnt install it wrong, what you have done is upgraded, from a previous version of windows already installed on your pc/lappy. and the file you can see, is the previous install, and all your old files from your previous windows, and personal files. you have not installed it wrong.
