Mechanical meters have a display that looks a bit like the odometer in a car speedo. They have two wires connecting them. There is usually a row of 2 or more meters. Electronic meters have an lcd display like in a calculator, they are connected with a plug in the back and have more than 2 wires.
Ok, theres plenty of mechanical ones in the machine i already have. Big old wooden thing called "Spin Copper Spin" Ill see when i get the keys.
I only got the machine tuesday off my local landlord, but when i went to pick it up he wasnt in so id didnt get the keys. I will be getting them next week when i go. Ill take a photo and pm you with it when i get it.
When i was talking to him about it he reckoned it was some digital display that wasnt working but ill take pictures and let you know as soon as i get it opened up.
