Hi All, I've got an SR5 coin mech in my fruit machine and it doesn't seem to accept £1 coins very well. It accepts all other coins without too many problems but if you put ten £1 coins in it would probably only accept half of them. I've heard that you can do something that will "re-train" the coin mech but I haven't got a clue how to do it..... The SR5 is a model 02 if that's any help. Cheers.
Hi guys, I'm after your help again if pos. Whenever I don't use the machine for a couple of days and then switch it on the alarm goes off. It comes up with an error message "Mem Reset Alarm". I was advised that it was due to a battery problem and have since disconnected the board to try and find the battery. What I'm struggling with is that there are two batteries and I'm not sure what battery does what (I have tried to attach a couple of photos of the board but not sure if they will appear or not....). Appreciate any help (again!). Cheers
I would appreciate any help I can get with a machine that I just got which is called "Jackpots that rock n roll". It is a £35 machine that is made by Global (I'm guessing that Global has merged with another company??)
I've got a few problems with it and would be grateful for any advice. Does anyone have a link to where I can find a manual for this machine? (I wanted to try and find out what each of the DIL switches do.)
The main two problems I have are as follows:
1) I have a % key fitted but when I go into test mode (under keys) it says "Invalid Key" - Is this normal/correct?
2) I managed to get hold of a coin mech for it (SR5 Model 2) but it doesn't seem to accept the coins, the occasional one goes through but that's about it....
