Load the layout - Click Design/Edit Mode.
Right click what you want to program (Button or Coin Input) - Left click Properties and you will see 2 boxes under Shortcuts. Add your preferred key stroke in one of the boxes, and click Apply.
Do that for all the inputs you want to change and press F7 to save the layout, or accept the changes when you exit MFME.
