Can somebody tell my how do i connect this?

Hello happy new year to everyone.

I am looking to an pcb board from novomatic gaminator i building one machine by my self but i have at the moment an mainboard installed from an normally pc but i am thinking to buy a novomatic gaminator pcb board like this-

But i have really no idea how do i connect this and can i connect this to an normally pc mainboard or do i need an orginal coolfire backplane can somebody please give my more info from this ?
