How to create a game?

As a total newbie with absolutely no idea how to create a fruit machine game, I just wondered how easy (or difficult) it actually is to make 1?  If someone "in the know" could spare a few minutes to explain what it would require? It would be an interesting insight and I would really appreciate it.  Thanks.

Hi Folks,

 

I am new here and loving this site, but I don't understand which emulators will play which games?  Is there a guide section that will help me understand which games will play on which emulators?

 

I am currently using MFME 9.4.
