no, the Arabian nights wasn't streaking. I had tried for the streak and it gave me one JP and then died for about £6. It then gave me this JP off reel roulette and that was it, the machine still played dead.
playing a Red-X last night and I was on the nudges trail and had about 6 nudges for a £3 win. anyway, the sign at the bottom left of the machine was flashing discreetly (it says 'warning GM fruits, risk of heavy payouts') and I didn't know what it was doing it for. Looking back maybe I should have taken a Mystery Win from the nudges to see if it gave JP or something. Any ideas?
I don't think it's good that machines allow you to collect on a ? as it makes the profile very flat. I only play them to nick a quick couple of quid if I can, but there's no long term profit IMO. In a similar fashion I don't like the machines where the feature is simply a HiLo gamble (eg. ToT, Party Animal) since the average punter will collect rather than gamble a dodgy number and hence the machine takes longer to build up. Having said that two of my favourite machines have been 5liner and Red Arrows, so the HiLo gamblers aren't all bad!
that's right JustInfo, could have saved myself a couple of hours by just taking the £150 win! But to be fair I did have the satisfaction of dropping the JP and there was about £50 in afterplay so it wasn't too bad.
Played a Club Psycho Cash Beast and it gave me a £150 nudge win (four yellow bars). I gambled higher than a 2 and it span a 1! Luckily I managed to drop the JP after putting another £100 through the machine, so I got my deserved profit!
