Already found out ,have to buy hardware and use sofware and then should be able to asing buttons ,not on game pad but separately game buttons wich you can also buy .That would be fun .

You need to load the machine in MFME 5. When you close MFME 5 it will ask you to save the file. There will now be a fml file in the folder and the machine will work in MFME 6.1. What you really should do is download MFME 20 or if you haven't got Windows 10 then download MFME 19.
MFME 20 ,nice peace of software it is

I already found out use mfme and launchbox as a frontend ..
That was not the clue ,but cropping layout then click on maximum stretch does do the job
