hoping someone can help me! I was changing a blown bulb earlier and didn't notice there way a small piece of metal bridged across the bulb terminals, so when I turned it on the lights went dim and the machine went off,nothing happens at all now, there are 2 green LEDs lit on the board, led 1 is on and led 3 is just flashing, any ideas please?
