right here goes..

picked up the above for the agonisingly(burnt the chaps fingers).. sum of £27..(and i might as well add THERE WAS £18.20 in 20p,s STILL LEFT IN THE TUBE!...so all in all,a good days robbing :0

anyway...i bought this KNOWING..that it had no lights whatsoever..but it is MINT..inside/out..no dust.dry terms..nothing

so...changed all five fuses in the psu/checked joints..(psu inside is whistle clean btw,was gonna service it,opened it up,no worries there (i think)...

alas..this didnt work..the thing starts/resets,and plays perfect..just NO LIGHTS


i would be very appreciative if someone could point me in the right direction for my next sniff about/mission

is there a seperate light board/apart from main?

any pointers would be a great help please

got the above off fleabay for a tenner,so it dont stand me nowt!
advertised as working lights and reels spin--which they do!

BUT--it didnt go no further than that after startup.so after many minutes of checking the usual suspects..i checks the prom..AND ITS A TOP GEAR ONE..LMAO!


so..am i under the assumption..the poor old beast is gonna get WRECKED IMMINENTLY FOR SPARES..LOL


another query is .. who the hell are dje manufacturing.(before i assume,they went pop/sold out to a bigger firm)

just payed a nice chap the princley sum of £20 quid for a fully working grand national by ace £3/£6 jackpot set on 5p play....(yep!..remember those long gone days of spinning the reels for a penny or a shilling)..anyway..as its the oldest thing in the house..apart from the missus..i opened the back of the fruity....looked...thought about wot bits were wot...then sat down had a beer and watched the footy....(in other words..didnt have a clue,and this is my seventh fruity in the house!!!)





so..could someone pretty please tell me how i can get it on freeplay/demo..i havent even worked out where the test switch is yet!!!




basically any info on the machine would be appreciated

okey dokey...heres a weird one for yas...well it is for me.....just got hold of a cheap bb by barcrest mpu5....


right...manual says..to adjust sound level..put in test.. (done)...scroll down to "sounds options",and adjust,up/down..with corresponding buttons to desired level,then save......SIMPLE.....NOT!!!!


when i get to the sound section..it DOES NOT OFFER ADJUSTMENTS..IT JUST SAYS.. "TEST AUDIO"...when this button is pressed..all that happens is a sound test saying "channel,channel,etc".....(a bit like when you test your sound on your computer,sort of thing)....SO...cannot find a way to "ADJUST" the levels at all..


thing is its too pissing quiet..and i wanna crank it up some

exactly as the title says...basically can get one of these..for nowt..so was wondering in advance...what su26 error was..as if it is a silly thing..woohoo..but if not..shant bother doing me back in (yet again) up many,many,many..flight of stairs;)
