Hey Thanks Bencrest!

Indeed it is, the questions are a bit screwed up but its the right one !

Can you put Suit pursuit on the list with my vote ? Dont know if anyone remembers it, vut I loved it, have tried in vain to find the real thing on fruit/quiz machine vendor's sites without any luck

Best wishes

BC - Added Suit Pursuit, and added a vote from yourself, thanks :)

My favourites are:

1. Suit Pursuit :)
2. Twenty Pound Turnover
3. DLT Treble Top
4. GUAB (never won a tenner on it though, saw someone in Norwich (1987) win 3 tenners in a row - wow that bloke was clever.... and quick!)
5. Treasure Trail (simply because it was one of the first, in a cab that was later used for GUAB)
6. Crystal Maze (although not strictly a Q&A quiz machine)
7. Tic-Tac-Trivia (mid 80s - First I remember playing)
8. Concentration (most won - Swindon 1995 £36 off £1)
9. Time Machine
10. Strike it Lucky

Love quiz machines, a gang of us used to go out of a weekend and improve our wealth significantly !

Great topic, lets hear some more of the memories.

Hi,

Just thought I'd add a bit of trivia, many people might know it. If you can get 4 nudges with no win to nudge in, collect the 4 nudges and it will give you 99 nudges. Fun to get it, but it's hard work because of the cherrys/mixed bars/grapes. (works on the emulated version here) Try it.

8O Hi,

Just reading about the £25 comments. I too feel that the £25 jackpot was a step too far. Whenever I used to go out on a bit of a pub crawl, £10, £15 jackpots you would always find a limit to the amount you lost, but now the £25 jackpots often mean that the machine doesnt do anything. What's next I wonder, in pubs ? Maybe £30 jackpot, 40p plays ? Anyone any ideas. If the speed that jackpots were 'upped' is anything to go by it wont be long until a higher jackpot comes along. The best for me was always the £15 jackpot. It seemed the best compromise between putting shed loads in, and a decent playability. Anyone any other ideas ?
