The New £20 Note and Note Acceptor problems

Hi,

There replacing the £20 notes.

I tried one in the note acceptor on my machine and found it didnt work.

Is there some way of getting the note acceptor to take the new £20?

Italian Job3..3 RED Minis What should have happened

Hi,

After playing my Italian Job3 machine putting thousands of pounds through it,i finally got the 3 RED Minis feature light up.

I believe it then should have gone into invincible mode and i should have had the Jackpot?

So i pressed start to continue around the feature board and it landed on the question mark (surprise surprise) and i had a yes or no skill feature,which i won.Then after pressing start again it landed on another question mark and to my Surprise it went to game over,and that to my disbelief was it.

Should i have taken the nudges feature(wasnt lighting up jackpot) or something?

Does anyone have any info on the machine?

Barcrest error message OPTO Alarm 54/28 24V Drive,Help needed please

Hi,

Merry Xmas to everyone and a Happy New Year.

Can anyone please help,ive been playing my new Addams Family Barcrest fruiter with no problems up to now.

It was playing fine then a error message came up on the display with a alarm sounding.

The error is OPTO Alarm 54/28 24V Drive

Ive done a search on this site,but all i can find is a Austin powers post which mentions he has the same code.

I dont have a manual for the machine,but on the message it says 24V Drive so could the power transformer be the problem?

Ive checked all the fuses and they are fine.
