ok here it is and it is driving me bloody crazy.every night without fail i get up in the morning and turn my pc on only to find these bloody robots messages coming up saying (there name) add to msn.the first 1 i added was a girl who wanted me to go to her chat room and watch her on cam. so does anyone no how to stop this as its driveing me crazy now

a friend of mine owns he's own company and i was just wondering what will be the best programe to back up his computer.the reason we need to do this is that if the hard drive goes it will cost over a £1000 for someone to come and reinstall the programe he needs to run he's buisnes.now the back up needs to be able to remember the cd key this company has put on his computer for the programe to work.
