Troublesome bandit hating Girlfriends

30 November 2004 - 10:30 PM

Does anyone have one of the above?

I have a hazelgrove 6x3 pool table and a super streetfighter videogame and my girlfriend is refusing to let me have the bandit i acquired (hurricane) in the house saying it makes our house look like a pub!
She is now even suggesting that i get rid of the pool table and we replace it with a dining table. Can you believe it?
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know where i can get a replacement girlfriend or at least a trade in? (good runner, hardly used, low mileage teehee!!)

Gambling in cafes etc....your thoughts

29 November 2004 - 10:07 PM

I work in the industry and after going to work for the firm i currently work for which deals primarily with small cafe's etc I strongly believe that gaming should be confined to designated places of gaming and children should be exposed to it as little as possible, Who agrees?

gambling in cafes etc

29 November 2004 - 10:04 PM

my current boss is a wally, i work now for a small independant firm and 40% of our business is kebab shops and cafe's etc.
My boss doesn't think that the new regulations (ie the prohibiting of gambling in cafes etc) will affect him and the law will not come to pass.
Who agrees?
